resulted in a company with the ability and resources to provide a service
for almost any building services maintenance requirement.
Experience tells us that the key to ensuring a prompt
and efficient service is to implement a single point of contact for our
clients. This is achieved by allotting each client to one of our Senior
Managers, who are recognised as the standard setters in our industry.
In addition to our management team, customers have direct access to our
helpdesk, which is operated, from our main offices. It is from these offices
that all maintenance attendance and emergency call requirements are dealt
with, and where our management team is based.
Our engineering and management staff are skilled in
identifying, anticipating and satisfying their client's needs. Everyone
