Commercial landlords and property owners have a duty of care and are legally required to ensure that the electrics in the buildings are not a danger to occupiers and visitors.
Emergency and reactive maintenance 24/7, 365 day a year.
If your building is too hot or cold, leaking or flooded we understand that the situation needs to be resolved quickly and effectively and with the minimum disruption to the people and businesses affected. Typically, these are the issues we are called out for, but we can also deal with issues relating to the fabric and structure of buildings, carrying out repairs after a break in, fire or leak, removing fly tipped rubbish or graffiti etc.
If you have a maintenance emergency at a building covered by a planned preventative maintenance contract with us you can call us any time of the night or day, any day of the year and be certain that we will prioritise resolving the issue for you to get your building working again as quickly as possible and with the minimum disruption to its occupants and visitors. We will not state ‘business as usual’ and leave the site until we’re confident that the building is safe and fully compliant with health and safety legislation.
In the event that the emergency cannot be fully resolved and results in a temporary ‘make safe’ to get the building working, we can advise on a permanent solution, drawing on both the knowledge gained from attending the initial emergency and the skills of our team and trade partners.
Our priority is to get your building working and ensure that the people in them are safe and happy.
We’ve identified 12 areas of essential maintenance for keeping commercial property compliant and created a Happy Building Health Check. If compliance is your responsibility download it and check that your building complies.
We can help you get and remain compliant in all 12 areas. Our planned preventative maintenance (PPM) contracts ensure that our clients’ buildings are covered for all of these essentials plus preventative, reactive and emergency maintenance, keeping their buildings compliant and the tenants in them happy.
If you want to discuss your building maintenance with us and find out how we can help you to stay compliant, please do get in touch.
