Our team has a hugely diverse set of skills but we share a common goal – to make buildings and the people in those buildings, happy.

  • James Lovell
    Managing Director

    James steers both Darenth Valley and sister company D Hammond and is ultimately responsible for the companies' performance and direction.

    Financial Director

    Paul works closely alongside James and the management teams, assisting in planning and managing budgets and looking for financial improvements across the group.

  • John Hall
    Operations Director

    As Operations Director John has responsibility for all operational aspects of the business including co-ordinating the delivery of fabric, reactive and M&E contracts and Planned Preventative Maintenance activities. John works closely with Oliver Davies for fabric maintenance and George Plumbe for M&E.

    Services and Operations Manager - Fabric Division

    Oli ensures service delivery across the fabric division side of Darenth Valley, managing operational processes and measuring results.

    Senior Contract Manager

    George ensures that sites are managed in accordance with the company’s stringent health and safety policies and that all documentation is up to date. He’s the first point of contact for any health and safety concerns.

    Contracts Manager - M & E

    Paul manages property and portfolio accounts, ensuring they are serviced to contracted levels and carrying out regular site audits.

    Contracts Manager - Fabric Division

    Paul liaises with clients, ensuring any contract issues or delays are dealt with, producing, managing and monitoring RFI schedules and managing the finances on fabric projects.

    Business Development Manager

    Alex works to secure new clients for the business and to ensure that existing ones are aware of all the products and services available to them.

  • Courtney Bremner
    Service Desk Supervisor

    Courtney oversees our Help Desk, making sure clients are receiving the appropriate assistance and resolving issues with a hands-on, reactive approach.

  • Claire Nixon
    Financial Controller

    Claire ensures accounts and invoices are settled within terms, and is also responsible for salaries and sub-contractor partners payments.

  • Richard Pinchen
    Contract Supervisor

    Richard assists in the management of property and portfolio accounts for fabric maintenance; this includes H&S, planning and site management, client liaison and reports to the Service Manager and MD.
